Name: Chelsea L. Metka, Esq.
Title: Attorney & Owner
Attorney Chelsea L. Metka is Board Certified in Real Estate law by the Florida Bar, a distinction that recognizes her as an expert in Florida real estate law. With a career built on handling complex residential and commercial real estate and finance transactions, Chelsea brings deep knowledge, practical insight, and a client-focused approach to every matter.
Today, Chelsea’s practice is centered on representing clients in commercial loan transactions, commercial purchase and sale transactions, and commercial leasing transactions, while also overseeing the firm’s residential closing department. She regularly represents investors, developers, institutional and private lenders in high-value deals, offering strategic guidance throughout every stage of the transaction. Known for her approachable style and creative problem-solving, Chelsea is deeply committed to helping clients make informed decisions that align with their business goals.
Chelsea’s diverse client base includes contractors, institutional and private lenders, real estate professionals, developers, and homeowner’s associations. She also serves as outside general counsel to numerous businesses throughout Central Florida.
When not in the office, Chelsea enjoys reading, biking, running, traveling, and spending time with her husband, Alex, their two daughters, and their Goldendoodle.
Specific Ongoing Representations and Experience:
- Represents investors and developers in drafting and negotiating multi-million-dollar purchase and sale agreements and commercial lease agreements.
- Advises private and institutional lenders on commercial loan transactions, including drafting and negotiating loan documents, reviewing and advising on underwriting requirements, and ensuring the priority of security instruments.
- Drafts and negotiates custom contracts for commercial and residential construction projects on behalf of contractors, developers, and builders.
- Serves as outside general counsel to numerous local real estate brokerages, contractors, management companies, and homeowner’s associations.

Title: Firm Administrator & Escrow Assistant
Eileen has been an essential part of The Metka Law Firm since 2020, bringing over 25 years of experience in administrative support and office management. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for helping others succeed, she plays a vital role in keeping the firm’s operations running smoothly and efficiently. Eileen is known for her professionalism, reliability, and collaborative spirit—qualities that make her a highly valued member of the team.
A Florida native, Eileen leads a full and active life outside the office. She has a teenage son and shares her days with a lively mix of animals, including seven cats, fifteen cows, a dog, a horse, and Kevin—a miniature donkey with a giant personality. Many weekends are spent at her boyfriend’s farm, where most of the animals reside, enjoying time outdoors, riding her horse, or practicing her latest hobby: archery with a compound bow.
Eileen is quick with a sharp wit and a great sense of humor—especially when it comes to classic dad jokes and clever puns. In quieter moments, she enjoys board games, reading fiction, solving word puzzles, and diving into true crime podcasts. While Florida is home, she never misses a chance to escape to the mountains for cooler weather and a change of pace.
Name: Shantalle Bevan
Title: Escrow Officer & Licensed Title Agent
Shantalle has over 7 years of experience in the title and real estate industry, serving clients throughout Central Florida. As an Escrow Officer and Licensed Title Agent, Shantalle oversees the closing process from start to finish with accuracy, professionalism, and a client-first approach. Her background in both title processing and escrow has equipped her with the knowledge and dedication necessary to ensure smooth and successful transactions for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders alike.
Shantalle is also a Florida licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and Florida Notary, giving her a comprehensive perspective on all sides of the real estate transaction. She is recognized for her attention to detail, strong communications skills, and commitment to providing exceptional service to every client.
Outside of the office, Shantalle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and embracing the Florida lifestyle.

Title: Real Estate Title Processor
Makayla brings over five years of experience in the title insurance industry and is known for her attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to excellent customer services. As the firm’s Title Processor, Makayla works closely with clients, agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process, keeping communication clear and timelines on track every step of the way.
Makayla has lived in Central Florida for more than 20 years and proudly calls it home. Outside of work, Makayla enjoys spending time with her husband and their three sons, traveling, and working on home renovation projects.

Haley has over four years of customer service experience.
